I&#039;m so glad to hear that. The British empire may have left a lot of anarchy in its wake, but praise be the culinary exports the came with it. Next time I have the opportunity to come back to TO, we&#039;ll have to go out for south Indian food again.

The rotis in Toronto stilll rock the house.  (And the shrimp croquettes at Brasil bakery remain a staple.)  Definitely one of the most enjoyable aspects of the Toronto and Canadian scene is the prominence of south asian culture throughout the society, with good food a  big pay off.  And now, a Liberal-NDP coalition take down of Harper&#039;s Conservative gov&#039;t and the ascendency of Michael Ignatieff to lead the charge puts some interesting politics on the Cdn plate.
